The Relievo Trust Declaration

Privacy by Design: We process the minimum data required for asset functionality.

No Data Selling: Your personal identity is never traded or sold to third parties.

User Sovereignty: You own your assets; you have the unilateral right to delete them.

1. Data Taxonomy & Collection

Relievo classifies data into two categories to ensure precision handling:

Account Metadata: Identifying info (Email, Name) used strictly for authentication and service communication.
Ecosystem Content: Data you input into QR codes, CVs, or Wedding sites. You act as the Data Controller for this content; Relievo acts as the Technical Processor.

2. Privacy-Enhancing Analytics (PETs)

Unlike traditional trackers, Relievo utilizes Anonymized Behavioral Mapping. When an asset is scanned, we collect:

Masked IP Data: We convert IP addresses into geographic regions (City/Country). We do not store your raw IP.
Technical Signatures: Device type and OS version to optimize your content delivery.

3. Algorithmic Oversight & AI Transparency

To preserve the "Gold Standard" of our ecosystem, Relievo employs automated intelligence to monitor for "Unlawful Activity" (Phishing, Malware, Scams).

How it works: Our algorithms audit destination URLs in real-time. If a risk is detected, the asset may be automatically suspended. You have the right to request a Human Review if you believe an automated decision was made in error.

4. Third-Party Interoperability

We only interface with "Tier-1" service providers (Payment Gateways, Cloud Infrastructure). These partners are technically prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing Relievo services. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser.

5. Data Residency & Global Jurisdiction

Your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. While Relievo is accessible globally, legal disputes and data inquiries are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mahrajganj, U.P.

6. Security Architecture

We implement End-to-Transit Encryption (TLS 1.3). Access to our internal databases is restricted via strict Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and is audited monthly. However, no digital system is infallible; we encourage users to utilize unique passcodes for their Relievo identity.

7. Mandatory Public Disclosure Warning

Relievo services are public by nature. When you publish a Dynamic CV or a Wedding Site, you are intentionally placing data in the public domain. Relievo is not liable for how third parties use information you have chosen to make public via our redirection tools.

8. Right to Erasure (The "Kill Switch")

You may delete any individual asset or your entire account at any time. Upon deletion, data is removed from active servers immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance or fraud prevention.
