By accessing the Relievo platform, you agree to these Global Terms. Relievo provides a digital identity service accessible globally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, or if you are dissatisfied with the Services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue your use of the platform and delete your assets. Your continued use constitutes full acceptance of the platform "as-is."
Relievo is a modular suite of tools acting as a neutral technical intermediary. We provide the "digital plumbing" ( no-code interfaces, redirection, etc.) for your content.
You retain rights to your data, but grant Relievo a worldwide license to display it. Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feature requests ("Feedback"), you agree that Relievo owns all rights to such ideas and may implement them without compensation to you.
The User is the sole author and owner of their content. By creating a public-facing CV, Wedding site, or QR redirection, you acknowledge that you are making information available to the public. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the local laws of your specific jurisdiction.
Prohibited activities include: Deceptive "Bait-and-Switch" redirection, Phishing, Malware, Adult or other age-restricted content and services including sexually-oriented or pornographic products or services and any use that causes Reputational Damage to the Relievo "Gold Standard" brand.
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of Premium Plan IDs (Pro/Elite), we do not offer refunds. Paid subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no partial refunds are provided for the current cycle.
Relievo utilizes automated intelligence to audit destination URLs. We reserve the unilateral right to freeze or terminate any asset flagged for abuse, security risks, or "Unlawful Activity" without prior notice or liability.
Relievo is provided "As-Is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Relievo's total liability exceed the greater of $20 USD or the total amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or "Acts of God" (Force Majeure).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relievo from any third-party claims, damages, or legal fees (including attorney fees) arising from the content you publish or your violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration. You hereby waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall occur exclusively in the courts of Mahrajganj, U.P..
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in full effect. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use after updates signifies your agreement.
